Dominating Debut: A Perfect Start to the 750 Motor Club Winter Sim Series at Anglesey
Racing Anglesey for the First Time: Round 1 of the 750 Motor Club Winter Sim Series We made our debut at Anglesey Circuit. Having never attended or raced here before, we utilized the coaching techniques that have become the foundation of our success—and that of our customers.
From the moment we hit the track, our focus on precision, consistency, and smart strategy paid off. Despite the incredible competition, our dedication to applying the techniques we’ve honed in previous years made all the difference. Qualifying Securing pole position was a fantastic way to start, setting us up perfectly for the three races that followed.
Race 1 Race 1 began with a flying start, allowing us to hold the lead into Turn 2. There, we had to defend against an opportunistic move from behind. Exiting onto the straight with a strong run, we capitalized on the battles among the other racers to build a healthy gap. By managing our pace and staying consistent, we eventually claimed victory in Race 1 by approximately five seconds.
Race 2 Starting from pole position once again, we had another great start, leading comfortably through the opening half lap. P2 stayed close behind, requiring us to push harder while maintaining consistency to hold the lead. For about five laps, the gap to P2 remained around one second, which we gradually extended by about a tenth per lap. With risk versus reward in mind, we stayed composed. In the final minutes, a lapped car presented a small challenge, temporarily reducing our gap. However, it wasn’t enough to jeopardize our lead, and we crossed the finish line approximately 1.6 seconds ahead of P2.
Race 3 In Race 3, we stuck to our proven habits, executing another strong start. A light defensive move into Turn 2 slightly compromised our run toward Rocket Corner, leaving us side-by-side with P2. Staying tight to the inside line, we reclaimed P1 at the hairpin despite receiving a firm "love tap" from behind. Keeping the car steady, we focused on building a margin over P2. Once again, we gained around 1–2 tenths per lap. A mistake by P2 triggered a battle between them and P3, allowing us to consolidate our position. With risk versus reward once again in mind, we managed our pace to the end and secured victory in Race 3.
What an amazing start to our debut 750 Motor Club championship battle at Anglesey Circuit! Winning all three races reaffirmed the value of our coaching techniques and the importance of consistency in achieving success. Bring on the next round!
